Terms & Conditions – Watch Hub

Welcome to Watch Hub, your trusted destination for stylish and reliable timepieces. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Product Information

We strive to present all product details — including watch specifications, images, and pricing — as accurately as possible. However, actual product color or texture may slightly differ due to screen settings, lighting, or model updates.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation.

  • Prices listed include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept secure online payments via trusted payment gateways.

  • Orders may be canceled or placed on hold if suspicious activity or incomplete information is detected.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship pan-India using trusted courier services.

  • Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of confirmation.

  • Expected delivery time is 5–7 business days.

  • Tracking details are provided via email or WhatsApp upon dispatch.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns/exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

  • Returns are applicable only in cases of damaged or incorrect products.

  • Return shipping is to be managed by the customer.

  • Used, worn, or damaged items post-delivery are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Warranty

  • All watches come with a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

  • Warranty does not cover water damage, physical damage, or general wear-and-tear.

  • Sunglasses (if any) do not carry warranty unless specifically mentioned at purchase.

6. User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the Watch Hub platform lawfully. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of terms may result in canceled orders or account restrictions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Watch Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product usage or website interaction.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total value of the order placed.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content — including logos, images, product listings, and descriptions — is the exclusive property of Watch Hub. Reuse or reproduction is prohibited without prior written consent.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Indian law and fall under the jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat courts.
